Yellow Wagon Leadership Philosophy

We spend a great deal of our lives at work. Not only should it be rewarding financially, it should be fun and personally rewarding. Yet we know that most people dread Monday mornings and a majority of workers report feeling discouraged, disengaged, and frustrated due to work. The stress of work frequently negatively impacts our health, and they are stresses that we take home to our families and friends.

Leaders are frustrated and tired, and employees shut down.

It Doesn't Have to Be This Way

When we enjoy our work and feel valued and appreciated for what we have to offer and for our expertise, work can be fun, and rewarding, and we can feel totally engaged in something that we love to do. When the team we work with runs smoothly, when we trust our co-workers and are trusted in return, our work can be a wonderful experience.

  • Our goal is to vastly improve the people side of work.
  • So leaders can see increased buy-in and productivity;
  • So employees love coming to work and enjoy the people you work with;
  • So teams can work together smoothly and have the skills to overcome the everyday issues that occur at work.

Yellow Wagon Leadership is committed to making work fun and rewarding again through better leadership, improved culture, and clear work processes.

Join us in making the world of work fun again!

My Core Values

I believe in doing what I say I will do in the most honest and straightforward way possible. When I make mistakes, I will own them and fix them.

I respect each individual and their gifts and strengths. I respect each person for our differences and believe that we each have things to offer the world.

Feedback and direction don’t work if they are wishy-washy. I believe that clearly and kindly providing needed input gets everyone to better solutions.

I do not want to provide any services that don’t add value to the person or organization.
