I assess where the weak spots are in your culture, and develop a plan, with your help, that will result in higher levels of engagement by your team. That plan may include customized workshops, trainings and intermittent coaching over 6 – 9 months to meet your organization’s supervisory and culture goals. This short term commitment ensures effective results and proven, positive shifts.

From that baseline, I work with you over 3 – 6 months to design your ideal leadership style, and help you implement practices and policies that will allow you to bring out the best in your team.


You will enhance your leadership style, communication styles, and the mechanics necessary for you to strengthen your leadership role and improve employee engagement for your team. Our goal is to reduce your leadership stress and increase team productivity.
